Note:

Black root is processed in Korea only in small quantities, in fact only by 2 growers. The annual production is sold out very quickly and it is relatively difficult to buy it for export abroad. The processing process is long and complex. The root is repeatedly steamed and then dried and fermented. The entire processing process takes more than a year and the result is an extract that contains extracts from all parts of the root. Black Korean ginseng is better digestible and better absorbed by the body, has a higher effect. The form of processing significantly increases its shelf life (more than 10 years - for dried roots). It is also suitable for people under 35 years of age, but not younger than 12 years and the maximum recommended daily dose is 2 grams = 2,000 mg of active ingredient.

The substance is very effective, not intended for people under 18 years of age, the daily recommended dose is a maximum of 2 grams per day - on the tip of a teaspoon from the package = 2 grams and drink or pour hot water, or mix into a morning drink.
